Billy Dwayne Ruff 55, passed away July 23, 2018 at University of Arkansas Medical Center, Little Rock AR. Billy was born August 19, 1962 to Billy Joe Ruff and Linda Odum Ruff in Memphis, TN. Billy was a Baptist and a river boat mate for Seacor Holding.
Services will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. There will be a visitation begining at 12:00 noon until service. Burial will be at Carey Chapel Cemetery.
Billy is survived by his mother, Linda Ruff of Mt. Pleasent, MS. Two daughters, Erin Ruff of Ash Flat, AR, and Shelby Stout. His sister Tammy Williams of Barton, MS. One grandchild, Braelyn Caviness.
Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Ruff. |
