Derek Ash 37 passed away August 10, 2018 at his family home place. Derek was born March 23, 1981 to Gene Rowl;and Ash and Janie West Ash in New Albany, MS. Derek was a member of Keownville Baptist Church, New Albany, MS. Derek worked in maintenance. Services will be held August 15, 2018 at12:00 noon at the funeral home. There will be a visitation begining at 9:00 am until service. Burial will be at Asbury Cemetery, Waterford, MS. Derek iis survived by his two daughters, Anna Claire Ash and Emma Kate Ash both of Potts Camp, MS. Two brothers, Faron Ash of Potts Camp, MS and Cavid Ash of Hornesby, TN. Five sisters, Phyllis Gray of Ashland, MS, Janice Cocke of Red Banks, MS, Marie Whiteheadf of Walnut, MS, Candy Ash of Bethlehem, MS and Amanda Ford of Whiteville, TN. Derek was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Janie Ash.
