Dorothy Opal Smith, 84, died December 17, 2016 at Christopher's Personal Care in Holly Springs, MS. She was born January 23, 1932 in New Albany, MS to John Vuncannon and Mildred Williams. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and worked at the Sunbeam factory.
Her service will be 11:00 a.m., December 20, 2016 at the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Bro. Donald Worsham will be officiating. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her sons, Ben William Smith, Roger Clay Smith (Kellye); daughters, Judy McClusky (Gene), Elaine McMillan (Gary); 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben William Smith and her parents.
Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., December 19, 2016 at the funeral home. |
