Doorothy Wynona Pope 79, passed away May 9, 2018 at Methodist University Hospital, Memphis, TN. Dorothy was born August 18 1938 to Jonas Shannon and Lora Belle Byrd Shannon in Pittsburg, OK. Doroyhty was a Protestant and a homemaker. There will be a visitation at the funeral home Friday, May 11, 2018 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Burial will be at Pittsbrg Cemetery in OK. Dorothy is survived by husband Jimmy Pope, Byhalia, MS. Son, Paul Pope (Cindy) Byhalia, MS. Daughter, Kimmie Fontaine (Dabney) Byhalia, MS. Bother Buddy Glen Shannon Pittsburg, OK. Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
