Frances Joann Elliott Stinson 70, passed away December 14, 2018 in Collierville, TN. Frances was born July17, 1948 to Thomas Leon Elliott and Melvie Grace Samples Elliott in Ripley, MS.Frances was a Baptist. A memorial service will be held December 16, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. There will be a visitation from 1:00 pm until service. Frances is survived by her husband James Robert Stinson of Michigan City, MS. Her son, Robert Hamilton Stinson (Amy) of Pope, MS. Her daughter, Tiffany Stison of Michigan City, MS. Two brothers, Gary Leon Elliott of Holly Springs, MS and Stanley Craig Elliott of Bartlett, TN. Three granchildren, Katy Beth Stinson, Abby Stinson and Reid Anders.

I remember how upset she was years ago when she said she was told it "was not time". My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
