Martha Modena Allen 82, passed away November 1, 2018 at her home in Byhalia, MS. Martha was born February 27, 1936 to Troy Edward Tice and Brittie Skelton Tice in Memphis, TN. Martha was a member of the Red Banks Baptist Church and worked at Sunbeam.

Services will be held November 3, 2018 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. There will be a visitation Friday evening, November 2, 2018 fron 5:00 - 9:00 pm. Burial will be at Clear Creek Cemetery, Lamar, MS.

Martha is survivrd by her son, Autry Allen (Cathy). Three daughters, Jean Inmon (Keith),  Sheila Lindsey (Wayne) and Lisa Gardner(Marty).Ten grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Allen, daughter Brenda Stanton and grandchild Madison McGregor.
