Melvin Eben

Melvin Eben, 84, of Red Banks, passed away at his home on March 28, 2022.  He was born on December 24, 1937, in Blue Mountain, Mississippi, to Roy Clifton Eben and Alma Patricia Baker Eben.  Mr Eben was employed in electronic sales.

Mr Eben is survived by two sons, Richard Eben ( Deanna) of Red Banks, and Ernest Eben (Shonna) of Mason, Tennessee, and a daughter, Karen Eben of Hornlake.  He also leaves a brother, Larry Eben, and two sisters, Robbie Gilbreath and Rita Bamberg, nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.  Mr Eben was preceded in death by his  wife, Maxine Eben and a daughter, Donna Kay Eben.

Services for Mr Eben will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm, at Red Banks Baptist Church.  A visitation will be held at noon, and last until time for the service to begin.  Burial will be at Red Banks Cemetery.

I'm sorry for your loss him and his wife was so sweet I'll miss em I loved how he made me feel he made me feel like I was part of the family and I loved how all the family was always at his house ?? i don't know to say when I found out he died I was in shock im glad I got to know him and his wife she was always talking to me I'm praying for y'all ???? he was like a grandpa I never had and he is definitely in a better place with his wife!!
