Rebecca Sue Darnell, 70, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017, at home in Red Banks, MS. She was born October 15, 1946 in Memphis, TN to Minor Perkins and Leona Brandon Perkins. She is the widow of Danny Darnell Sr. She was a Baptist and worked as a clerk.
Services will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 11:00am at Holly Springs Funeral Home with a visitation at the funeral home starting at 9:00am going until service time. Burial will be at Carey Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Brad will be officiating. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her son, Danny Darnell Jr.; daughters, Dana Watkins (Richard), Melissa Darnell (Paul Anderson); Nicole Siler (Ronnie); brothers, Billy Perkins, Dale Perkins; sisters, Rosalie Stewart, Linda Creddle, Barbara Phelps; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Danny Darnell and brother Malcolm Perkins. |
