Timothy Dewayne Hopkins 47, passed away Decenmber 16, 2017. Timothy was born May 19, 1970 to Dennis Hopkins and Joyce Robbins Hunsucher in Memphis, TN. Timothy was a member of Open Door Baptist Church and a truck drivr. Services will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Open Door Baptist Church, Wilnborn, MS. There will be a visistation Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 9:00 pm at the church. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery, Ashland, MS. Timothy is survived by his mother, Joyce Hunsucker Potts Camp, MS. Two sons, Timothy Dewayne Hopkins Pine Grove, MS, and Tanner Blake Hopkins Potts Camp, MS. Daughter, Laura Hopkins Walnut, MS. Five brothers, Buddy Hopkins Blue Mountain, MS, Ricky Hopkins Holly Springs, MS, John Hopkins Ashland, MS, Dennis Hopkins Potts Camp, MS, and Joey Hopkins Ponotoc, MS. Sister, Elizabeth Ann Hopkins Potts Camp, MS. His Fiance Grace Boatner and her children Jaden and Kiley. Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Hopkins.

We are reminded in the Bible that there is One who sees our sorrow and pain and has promised that soon death will be done away with forever (Isaiah 25:8). God will heal our broken hearts by resurrecting our precious loved ones to life again (John 5:28,29). This hope from God has helped me and my family during similar trials and it is our hope that you will also find much comfort in God's promises for the near future.
