Ella Pearl Gray, 80, formerly of Ashland, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at her home. She was born Jan. 10, 1932, in Hickory Flat. She was a homemaker.
Services will be at 3 p.m. July 27, 2012 at Ashland Baptist Church with Bro. Gerald Hodges officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Karen Loretta Gray of Senatobia; one son, Lee R. Gray Jr. of Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Frank Thompson and David Thompson, both of Hickory Flat; one sister, Maxine Weatherly of Ripley; two grandchildren, Wesley Gray (Nima) and Nathan Gray (Lindsey).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Russell Gray Sr., and her parents, Mack Thompson Sr. and Zelma Loretta Hopkins.
Pallbearers will be Wes Gray, Steve Thompson, Ronnie Thompson, Nathan Gray, Justin Thompson and Eddie Gray.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time today, July 27, 2012 at the church.
