Barney E Rowan, 83, passed away in New Albany, Mississippi, on February 7, 2023. He was born in Memphis on July 4, 1939, to Charlie Rowan and Laura Mae Joyner Rowan. Mr Rowan was retired from Carrier Corporation.
Mr Rowan is survived by a son, Dale Rowan of Sardis, Mississippi, and a sister, Charlene Burnett of Byhalia.
Services for Mr Rowan will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at noon. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00, and continue until service time. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Memphis (Capleville), Tennessee. |
