Billy Winford Conlee, 87, passed away at his home in Potts Camp on May 13, 2023. He was born in Thaxton, on February 8, 1936, to E C Conlee and Pearlie Gullick Conlee. Mr Conlee was a retired heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by a son, Billy Larry Conlee of Blue Springs, two daughters, Rhonda Conlee of Potts Camp, and Pam Gray (Phillip) of New Albany. He also leaves two sisters, Peggy Potts of Arlington, Texas, and Diane Perron of Walls, eight grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cecil Marie McCullough Conlee, a grandson, Nicholas Potts, and a great grandson, Tucker Bruce.
Services for Mr Conlee will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral home on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 11:00 am. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday evening, May 16, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Burial, following the funeral service, will be at Salem Cemetery. |
