Hattie Skelton Estes, 81, of Collierville, passed away at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch on June 9, 2023. She was born in Marshall County, Mississippi, on August 4, 1941, to James Calvin Skelton and Zelma Fuller Skelton. Mrs Estes was retired from Carrier Corporation.
Mrs Skelton is survived by her son, David Shannon Estes of Collierville, and a grandson, Julius Estes. She also leaves a sister, Sarah Gray of Ashland. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James Robert Skelton, and three sisters, Helen Tribble, Virginia Gray, and Mary Ramage.
Services for Mrs Estes will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 1:00. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 11:00 am and last until service time. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery. |
