Melvin Eugene Lewis 69, passed away August 10 , 2017 at New Albany Health and Rehab. Melvin was born December 19, 1937 to Joe Dexter Lewis and Magigie Goolsby Lewis in Tupelo, MS. Melvin worked in the heating and air business.
There will be a graveside service Monday August 14, 2017 at 10:00 am at Bethel Cemetery in Potts Camp, MS.
Melvin is survived by three sons, William F. Lewis Hickory Flat, MS. Daniel Lewis Utah, Rchard Lewis Hickory Flat, MS. Brother, Frank Lewis Mt. Pleasent, MS. Sister, Dot Bonner S. Carolina.
Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Melvin was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Childers Lewis. |
