Debbie Kay Dowland, 66, of Red Banks, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at the Holly Springs Nursing Home. Debbie was born on September 24, 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Mr. Carl Benson Dowland and Mrs. Violet Lorene Lawhorn Dowland. She was Baptist in faith.

She is survived by 2 brothers: Carl Andrew Dowland (Cindy) of Jasper Georgia, Charles Albert Dowlnad (Deb) of Collierville, Tennessee, 4 sisters, Syndia Ann Mask of Red Banks, Mississippi, Brenda Carlene Bishop of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda Sue Burns of Morrilton, Arkansas, and Monda Fay Woods of Collierville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gary Taylor Dowland.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at 12 and lasting until service time. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. All services will be held at the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Holly Springs, Mississippi.
