Joyce "Nadine" White, 90, originally from Waterford, Mississippi passed away at her home in
Maryville, Tennessee on September 28, 2026.
Joyce was born on September 2, 1936 in Waterford to the late Willie "Fred" Smith and
Modina Violet Young Smith. She was a Christian Baptist and worked as a secretary.
Mary is survived by her son, James "Alan" White, daughter, Karen White Herron and four grandchildren, Allison Marie Herron, Brandon James White, Joshua Travis White and Ethan Alan White.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Winborn White and her parents.
Services will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Holly Springs Funeral Home.
Visitation is at 3:00 and Service at 4:00. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Holly Springs, Mississippi.
