Larry Wayne Gaines, 69, of Holly Springs passed away on May 2, 2026 at the Collierville Baptist Hospital surrounded by loved ones. Larry was born to the late Mr. Eugene Gaines and Mrs. Lillian Lacroix Gaines on January 13, 1957 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was Baptist in faith and took great pride in his work as a master carpenter.

 

Mr. Gaines is survived by his wife, Debbie Langston Gaines of Holly Springs, a son, Aaron Valentine (April) of Slayden, 2 daughters, Tracy Bass (Daniel) of Gallatin, Tennessee and Angie Hinshaw (Billy Thomason) of Nesbit, as well as 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Bobby Gaines of Collierville, Tennessee. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
