Patricia Ann Cothern, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, Mississippi passed away on May 19, 2026 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice in Collierville, Tennessee. Patricia was born on July 29, 1952 to the late Mansel Cook and Annie Dale Jarrett Cook. She was a Baptist belonging to Cross Pointe Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 54 years, Carl Cothern, son, Brent Cothern (Kelly) of Mt. Pleasant, daughter, Shannon Fryery of Saltillo, sister, Tracy Ford (Phillip) of Hernando and four grandchildren, Joshua and Carley Fryery and Tyler and Natalie Cothern. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James (Spider) Cook.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:00. All to be held at Carey Chapel Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Mississippi. Graveside service will follow at Carey Chapel Cemetery.
Patricia will be missed greatly by everyone who knew and loved her.
