William Frank Phillips Jr, 85, of Holly Springs, passed away at his home on November 29, 2025. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on February 23,1940, to William Frank Phillips and Cozette Elizabeth Stewart. Frank was a retired air plane mechanic and a United States Air Force Veteran.
Frank is survived by his wife, Joyce Baker Phillips, a son, William Scott Phillips, and a daughter, Sheila Tillman. He also leaves several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
