Joe Estes McMinn Sr. 92, passed away December 12, 2019 at his home in Mt. Pleasent, MS. Joe was born January 3, 1927 to Whetsel Estes McMinn and Evie May Sutherland McMinn in Lepanto, AR. Joe was a member of Slayden Baptist Church and worked as a Car Dealer.
Services will be held December 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Slayden Baptist Church. There will be a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until service. Burial will be at Memphis Memorial Gardens.
Joe is survived by four daughterds, Linda Sue Tatum of Mt. Pleasent, MS, Deana Hunsucker of Holly Springs, MS, Joan Hickey (Darrell) of Senatobia, MS and Charlotte Farris (Steve) of Mt. Pleasent, MS. Her sister, Bobbie Belcher of Garden City, MI. Sister-in-law, Sue Poynter of Collierville, TN. Brother-in-law, Harold Dean Smithson of Truman, AR. Ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
