Lee E. Witt 74, passed away Monday September 25, 2017 at Baptist East Hospital, Memphis, TN. Lee was born January 31, 1943 to Herbert Witt and Mary Wells Witt in Booneville, MS. Lee was a Methodist and worked as a truck driver. Services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. There will be a visitation Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 8.00 pm. Burial will be at Barton Cemetery, Barton, MS. Lee is survived by his wife Sylvia Cook Witt Byhalia, MS. Son, Marty Witt Ripley, MS. Two daughters, Kerri Wilburn Ripley, MS and Stephanie Bruce (Tom) Fairview, TN. Four brothers, Jerry Witt Huron, TN, Kenneth Witt Texas, Jimmy Witt Faulkner, MS, and Gene Witt Baldwin, MS. Two sisters, Margaret Cooper Cordova, TN and Rita Carter Collierville, TN. ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
