Sam Beesinger, 80, died at home on January 3, 2017. He was born April 24, 1936 in Byhalia, MS to Samuel Beesinger and Lucy Joyner Beesinger. He was a member of Coldwater Baptist Church and worked as a farmer. His service will be 2;00 p.m. on January 7, 2017 at Barton Baptist Church. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in Barton Baptist Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Donna Sue Blackard Beesinger; son, Richard Beesinger (Karen); daughters, Debra Martin (Jim), Lisa Price (Jeff); brothers, Bobby Beesinger, Larry Beesinger; sistter, Dorothy Beesinger; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons, Roger Beesinger and Terry Beesinger; granddaughter, Stacee Gilmer.
