Travis Leopard, age 69, of Potts Camp, Ms died at home on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. He worked for Memphis Hardwood Flooring in Potts Camp for about 36 years as Mill Foreman.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 fron 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 18, 2017 officiated by Bro. Tony Moore. Burial will be at Temperance Hill Baptist Church by his mother and father. Holly Springs Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
He leaves his wife of 48 years, Betty, Potts Camp, MS. Daughter, Rita Burge (Lynn) Hickory Flat, MS. Son, Mark Leopard (Renee) Hickory Flat, MS. Daughter, Heather Holbrook (Daniel) Hickory Flat, MS. Four brothers, KC Smith Hickory Flat, MS Troy Leopard Hickory Flat, MS Jack Leopard Oxford, MS and Lavern Leopard Hickory Flat, MS. Sister, Kay Leopard Hale Hickory Flat, MS. Four grandsons, Brent Burge (Kristan), Tyler Leopard, Adam Burge and Andrew Leopard. One great granddaughter Adlee Burge, and his dog, Jack.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fronie and Bill H. Leopard, as well as brother Billy Wayne Leopard and sister Catherine Leopard Smith.
