George Leland "Butch" Russom Jr, 75, passed away at his home in Whitwell, Tennessee, on July 17, 2022. He was born on September 21, 1946, in Holly Springs, to George Leland Russom Sr and Frances Isabelle Smith Russom. Mr Russom was retired from Auto Zone.
Mr Russom is survived by his wife, Vickie Dianne Russom of Whitwell, two sons, John Lewis Russom Sr (Jill) of Wildersville, Tennessee, and Shane Roberson (Ashley) of Scottsboro, Alabama, and three daughters, Christie Ann Woolrich (Paul) of Memphis, Deanna Marie Clanton, also of Memphis and Mandy Hinderliter (Danny) of Pittsburg. He also leaves two sisters, Mary Nolen of Bartlett, Tennessee, and Lisa Allen of Oakland, Tennessee, two sisters in law, Roxetta Brown and Loretta Smith, and ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services for Mr Russom will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 2:00 pm. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1:00 pm, and last until service time. Burial will be at Waterford Cemetery. |
