David Linder Pannell
David Linder Pannell, 78, of Byhalia, Mississippi, passed away at Methodist Olive Branch on July 1, 2025. He was born in New Albany, Mississippi on May 19, 1947 to Aubrey Pannell and Lucille Baggett Pannell. Mr Pannell faithfully served in Law Enforcement for many years.
He is survived by two sons, Michael McMillen (Leann) of Potts Camp, Mississippi and Kelly McMillen (Sharla) also of Potts Camp, a daughter, Stephanie Burchfield (Michael), of Byhalia, Mississippi as well as 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. He also leaves behind a sister, Katherine Cobb (Donnie) of New Albany, Mississippi.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday July 3, 2025 from 10 until service time. The funeral will be held on Thursday July 3, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Both the visitation and funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Following the funeral service, a graveside service will be held at the Potts Camp Cemetery in Potts Camp, Mississippi where he will be buried.
