John Wayne Garrison 78, passed away Friday May 19, 2017 at Methodist Hospice in Memphiis, TN. John was born November 10, 1938 to Joel Lee Garrison and Verna Louise Kennon in Moscow, TN. John was a Primitive Baptist and was retired from Universal Warehouse and Material Packing where he was a truck driver. Service will be Monday May, 22, 2017 at 11:00 am graveside at Magnolia Cemetery in Collieville, TN. There will be a visitation graveside begining at 10:30 am until service time. John is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Garrison Collierville, TN. a son Tim Garrison (Leigh) Ashland City, TN. a daughter Tammy Garrison Jones (Jeff) Cordova, TN. a brother Joel (JL) Lee Garrison Jr. Ripley, TN two sisters Patsy Grede Bull Shoals, AR,Sylvia Treadwell Collierville, TN five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents Joel and Verna Garrison.
