Betty Jane Edwards Garrison, 85, of Canton, Georgia, passed away on December 20, 2021. Mrs Garrison was born on July 8,1936, in Memphis, to Aulsie Edwards and Dolly Marcrum Edwards. She was employed with Carrier Corporation for over twenty years, and also liked to fish, travel, and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs Garrison is survived by her husband of forty five years, Michael Garrison. She leaves her four children, Pat, Margie, Gail, and Mary Jane; two of her siblings, Jackie and James Lewis; fifteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two children, Virginia Ann and Donald, and siblings Nora, EB, Ralph, Earl, Donald, Francis, and Joe.
A memorial service for Mrs Garrison will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 1:00 pm, in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park South Woods on Hacks Cross Road, on Thursday, December 30, at noon. |
