Charles Edward Dickerson Sr

Charles Edward Dickerson Sr, 92,  passed away at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis, Tennessee, on Saturday, March 27, 2021.  He was born in Dyer, Arkansas, on July 24, 1928, to Thomas Dickerson and Olena Arnett Dickerson.  Reverend Dickerson was a Baptist minister and a United States Army Veteran.

Reverend Dickerson is survived by his wife, Nell Howell Dickerson of Memphis, Tennessee; three sons, Jim Dickerson (Myra) of Russellville, Arkansas, Jack Dickerson of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Eddie Dickerson of Memphis; a daughter, Gail Ashmore (Bill) of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son, John Dickerson.

Graveside services and burial will be in Temperance Hill Cemetery, in Potts Camp, Mississippi,  on April 2, 2021, at 1:00 pm.
