Dolly Newsom White 93, passed away March 18, 2021 at Alliance Health Care, Holly Springs, MS. Dolly was born February 1, 1928 to William Benjamin Newsom and Ruby Wright Newsom in Holly Springs, MS. Dolly was a member of First United Methodist Church of Holly Springs and worked as a bank teller.
Services will be held March 21, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the funeral home. There will be a visitation beginning at 2:00 pm until service. Burial wil be at Hill Crest Cemetery.
Dolly is survived by her son, Sam White (Gina) of Medina, TN. Her daughter, Beth White of Holly Springs, MS. A sister, Marjorie Haffner (George) of Tampa, FL. Two grandchildren, Jake White and Macy White.
Dolly was preceded in death by her husband,, Samuel A. White, two brothers, William "Billy" Newsom, Bobby Newsom and three sisters, Agnes Newsom Johnson, Charline Newsom and Frances Newsom Moore.
