Hazel Lorine Cook, 83, of Ashland, passed away on October 13, 2022. She was born on November 1, 1938, in Laws Hill, to Jodie Davis Knighton and Era Lorine Smith Knighton. Mrs Cook was employed by Wurlitzer.
Mrs Cook is survived by two brothers, Fort Knighton (Barbara) of Ashland, and Marshall Knighton (Sheila) of Illinois, and a sister, Carol Ryan (Don) of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Donald Cook.
Graveside services for Mrs Cook will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at 1:30 pm, at Mt Moriah Cemetery. The Holly Springs Funeral Home has charge. |
