Services willbe held graveside, July 20, 2020 at 10:00 am at Byhalia Cemetery, Byhalia, MS.
Hughey is suvived by his wife, Shirley Ann Moore. Two sons Darren Moore and Hughey Bernard Moore, Two daughters, Kimberly Armstrong and Demetria Vanzantan. His sister, Novena Forbes. Four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
