My condolences to you and family. I've known Lois Ann since I was about 12 years old. My mom was a Wompi also. Lois was great fun. I stayed in touch with her all these years.

I just learned of Lois's passing away from a great friend who attended the funeral and who know her in her later years. I worked with Lois at Film Transit, Inc. in Memphis during the 1980's. She was ALWAYS at work and always wonderfully kind.
May God grant her rest eternal, and may her memory forever be a blessing.

Sorry that I missed Lois's funeral. I knew Billy, Lois and Wanda. They rode the same school bus as I did, my mother was the bus driver. Wanda graduated from Holly Hi the year before I did. Wanda and I were both in the Historical Society and she helped out at the County Museum occasionally so I saw her frequently. I would see Lois occasionally when she would come to see Wanda. Billy was several years ahead of me in school, I never saw him again after high school, but thought he went to work or live in Texas. The funeral home notice had said the funeral was March 3rd, so when I read that I thought the funeral had already occurred, did not know until I drove through the cemetery on Saturday and saw the fresh grave that I realized the error in dates.
