Mary Elizabeth Martin Snow

Mary Elizabeth Martin Snow longtime resident of Waterford, MS, wife of the late Johnny Asberry Snow, passed away May 16, 2020 at the age of 95.

She was born November 11, 1924 to the late Anne and Benjamin Martin in Edinburg, Arkansas. She was the last of 13 children.

Mrs. Snow leaves behind one daughter, Joyce (late Jim) Liard of Waterford, MS; 2 sons, James Robert (Barbara) Snow of Keysville, VA, and William (Diane) Snow of Waterford, MS; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

She was a Christian and a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church in Waterford, MS. She enjoyed going fishing,watching game shows, playing yahtzee and being with her family.

Services will be May 19, 2020 @ 11:00 a.m. graveside at Spring Hill Baptist Cemetery, with her grandson Reverend Bobby Snow officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on May 18, 2020 at the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Due to the adverse effects of the covid 19 pandemic on the floral industry, donations to churches near and dear to Mrs. Snow's heart may be made in lieu of flowers.
