Maxine Mitchell Eben, 83, passed away at her home in Red Banks, Mississippi, on April 28, 2021. She was born on October 20, 1937, in Red Banks, to Maree Augustus Mitchell and Vida Brock Mitchell. She was a homemaker and a member of Red Banks Baptist Church.
Mrs. Eben is survived by her husband, Melvin Eben. She also leaves two sons, Richard Eben (Deanna) of Red Banks, and Ernest Eben (Shonna) of Mason, Tennessee; a daughter, Karen Eben, of Horn Lake; three brothers, Ernest Mitchell, Harold Mitchell, and Roger Mitchell; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Kay Eben.
Services will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Red Banks Baptist Church, with a visitation at the church beginning at 2:00 pm, and lasting until service time. Burial will be in the Red Banks Cemetery. |
