Nellie Belk Rapp, 85, of Waterford, passed away at her home and joined our Father in Heaven on Sunday, March 19, 2023. She was born in Munford, Tennessee, on December 22, 1937, to Charlie Lee Belk and Lela Hanks Belk. Mrs Rapp was a homemaker.
Mrs Rapp is survived by her husband of sixty three years, William "Fred" Rapp, and three daughters, Nellie Elaine Sparks (Don), Laura Gail Collier (Bobby), and Rebecca Lynn Gomez (Tino). She also leaves eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Mrs Rapp was preceded in death by her parents and twin grandsons, Justin and Jason Miller.
