Olivia Ray Smith, 92, of Holly Springs, gained her wings on September 8, 2021, at her home, She was born on September 19, 1928, to Grover Cleveland Floyd and Maggie Martin Floyd in Macedonia, Mississippi.
Olivia loved her family more than anything, and she prayed for them daily to uphold a Christian standard. Her lifelong goal was to see her family saved, and she began every day with a scripture or praise. If we could leave a piece of her legacy with you, it would be to proclaim the Lord as your Savior.
Olivia is survived by one son, Dennis Quillian and a daughter, Denise Quillian, both of Holly Springs. She also leaves five grandchildren, Paton Quillian, Lori Gray, Lance LeMay, Megan Whitten and Carrie Quillian, and ten great grandchildren. Olivia was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers G C Floyd, Robert Henry Floyd and a sister, Margaret Harden.
Services for Olivia Smith will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 5:30, at Heritage Apostolic Church in Holly Springs. A visitation will be held at 4:30 and continue until service time. Burial will follow the service at Bethlehem Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Payton Quillian, Lance LeMay, Steven Whitten, Landon LeMay, Jacob Brown, and Scott Shepherd. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Dulaney, Tom Young, and Emmett Jarrot.
