Pauline Saxon Cardwell, 93, passed away at Baptist Nursing Facillity in Calhoun City, Mississippi, on Monday, June 14, 2021. Mrs Cardwell was born on February 12, 1928, to Jessie Saxon and Evie Davis Saxon in Yazoo City Mississippi. She was a homemaker and a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs Saxon was preceded in death by her husband, John F Cardwell Jr. She is survived by her son, John Foster Cardwell III (Sue Ellen) of Calhoun City, Mississippi, and two grandchildren, Gregg Cardwell (Mollie), and Kisha Bailey (Stephen). She also leaves four great grandchildren.
Services for Mrs Cardwell will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Spring Hill Baptist Church in Waterford, Mississippi, at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery. There will be a visitation at the church from 9:00 am, and lasting until service time. The Holly Springs Funeral Home has charge.
