Randolph Strickland Gross, 89, passed away at his home in Waterford on July 14, 2022. He was born in Edinburgh, Mississippi, on February 2, 1933, to Thomas Martin Gross and Frankie Elisabeth Gross. Mr Gross was a United States Army Veteran and a retired firefighter with the Memphis Fire Department.
Mr Gross is survived by his daughter, Debbie Kennedy (Gary) of Booneville. He also leaves three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, and two sisters, Claudia Harrell of Clarksdale and Jo Garrett of Memphis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Ellen Jones Gross, brothers Thomas G Gross and David Gross, and sisters Vera Floyd and Peggy and Patsy Gross.
Services for Mr Gross will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 11:00 am, in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home. Buial will be at Faith Assembly Cemetery in Myrtle. |
