I am so sorry to hear of Robert's passing. We were in the same Navy Squadron at Lemoore Naval Air Station. We shared a cubical in the barracks for more than a year. I never heard from him after he left with a girl named Kathy. I was planning a trip from St. Louis to Baton Rouge when I noticed the route went through Memphis, I got to think who I knew in the area and thought of Robert. So I looked him up on the internet. While in the Navy his name was "Thom", of course mine was "Van". My most sincere condolences to the family.
