David Eugene Crouch, 82, of Potts Camp, Mississippi passed away on January 22, 2026 at the Baptist Hospital in New Albany. He was born on July 31, 1943 in Waterford, Mississippi to the late Mr. James Thomas Crouch and Mrs. Vernie Ash Crouch. David worked as a drywall carpenter for many years, and he was also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

 

Mr. Crouch is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Marilyn Louise Trevino Crouch of Potts Camp, 2 sons, Thomas Crouch (Brandy) of Potts Camp, Kevin Crouch (Andrea) of Corinth, and a daughter, Amie Robertson (Jamie) of Jena, LA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents as well as a grandchild, Harlee Oswalt.

He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

Pallbearers are: Reese Robins, Kalif Alford, Jon Crouch, Cade Crouch, Kevin and Hayden Crouch, Tommy and JB Crouch, Braden Oswalt, and Josh Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers are: Jerry Ash, Ralph Clayton, Randy Smith, Eric Algee. John Duncan Crouch, and James Crouch. Bro. Stacy Watkins will be officating.

 

Visitation will be held from 12 until service time. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. Services will be held in the chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Friday, February 6, 2026. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Waterford where a graveside service will be held with military funeral honors.
