Robert Franklin Feathers (also known as Bro. Frank, 84), of Mt. Pleasant, MS died Febuary 10, 2021 at Baptist Collierville in Collierville, TN. He was a pastor of Holly Hilly Baptist Church for 29 years and had also pastored at Friendship Baptist Church in Holly Springs and McElroy Baptist Church in Wynne, AR. He was also a plumber by trade.
Services will be held February 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. There will be a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until service. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his wife Peggy Ann Thompson of 64 years. He also leaves behind four children: Charles (Dolly) Feathers of Slayden, Nancy Allen and Kenneth Feathers of Mt Pleasant, and Lydia (Billy) Mitchell of Waterford, along with 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He leaves behind sisters Margaret Holmes of Tupelo, Bessie Shoffner of Hamilton, AL, and Donnie Drewery of Holly Springs. He is preceded in death by siblings Mary Owens, John Edward Feathers, Pauline McCallum, Gussie Sowell, Clyde Feathers, Oscar Feathers, Brodie Feathers and one grandson Clint Brooks.
