Reagan Cale Sandy 15, passed away December 9, 2019 in Southaven, MS. Reagan was born November 18, 2004 to Stephen Sandy and Shannon Murphy Fouts in Germantown, TN. Reagan was a student and belonged to Boy Scout Troop 73.
Services will be held December 14. 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Heritage Life Center in Southaven. MS. There will be a visitation beginning at 12:00 noon until service. Burial will be at DeSoto Memorial Gardens.
Reagan is survived by his father, Stephen Sandy of Southaven, MS. His mother, Shannon Fouts (Phillip) of Ft. Payne, AL. Four sisters, Devin Martin, Delaney Martin both of Memphis, TN, Rilynn Sandy of Olive Branch, MS and Kate Fouts of Ft, Payne, AL. His grandparents, Rev. James and Patricia Sandy of Southaven, MS.
Reagan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis Doyle and Carolyn Murphy.
