Brian Reed Rooker, 50, of Byhalia, passed away at his home on June 13, 2022. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on April 8, 1972, to Sammy Dale Rooker and Georgia Thompson Rooker. Mr Rooker was a data installer and a Baptist. In life, he unfailingly loved his wife and his boys, and he enjoyed playing guitar, riding his dirt bike and hanging out with his friends.
Mr Rooker is survived by his wife, Jennifer McCrory Rooker and four sons, Chrisopher Rowley, Ryder Rooker, Jackson Rooker, and Jett Rooker, all of Byhalia. He also leaves his father, Sammy Rooker of Arlington, Tennessee, three brothers, Edward Chuck Thompson, Samuel Keith Rooker, and Jimmy Rooker, and a sister, Jamie Rooker, his mother-in-love, Mary McCrory, and father-in-law, Claud Lyn McCrory, and several much-loved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three babies who are now angels in heaven, and his mother.
Services for Mr Rooker will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 7:00 pm. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 4:00 pm, and last until time for the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or the Susan G Komen Foundation USA. |
