Minnie Williams Ash, 77, of New Albany, Mississippi, passed away at her home on December 4, 2023. She was born in Como, on November 26, 1946, to Newell Thurber Williams and Ruth Goolsby Williams. Mrs Ash was a computer programming specialist.
Mrs Ash is survived by a son, John Wesley Wright, and a daughters, Tracey Watson. She also leaves a brother, Newell "Snuffy" Williams (Sandra) a sister, Mary Ann Lacy (Stoney), seven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. Mrs Ash was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Morris Ash, a brother, John Allen Williams, and a daughter and son in law, Patricia Ruth Rowe and James Randall Rowe.
Services for Mrs Ash will be held in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at noon. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 am, and last until service time. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery in Waterford.
