Rex Allen Foust, 72, of Byhalia, passed away on September 16, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on March 29, 1950, in Florence, Alabama, to Roy Thomas Foust and Hazel Crunk Foust. Mr Foust was a diesel mechanic for Shelby County, Tennessee.
Mr Foust is survived by a daughter, Tina Foust, two brothers, Roy Thomas Foust and Larry Foust, and a sister, Dollie Gray. He also leaves eight grandchildren, Allen Sides, Wade Sides, Conner Clinton, Carter Clinton, Hallie Clinton, Grace Ann Hicks, Brice Hicks, and Payton Glacier; and six great grandchildren, Brianna Jaco, Hayden Jaco, Kayligh Jaco, Lilly Foust, Eli Sides, and Ella Rae Sides. Mr Foust was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Becky Jewel Foust, a daughter, Julie Marie Foust Glacier, a brother, Mickey Foust, and a grandson, Jessie Sides.
Services for Mr Foust will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 2:00 pm, in the Chapel of the Holly Springs Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening, September 21, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Byhalia Cemetery. |
