Robert Arthur Fortune passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 87.
Robert was a retired Sr Chief from the US Navy. After he completed his naval career, he began his second career as a high school teacher. In his free time Robert loved traveling, camping and anything outdoors.
He leaves behind a beloved wife Elizabeth Fortune, his sister Cheryl Krajewski, 4 children Lorri Howard (Ben Howard), Mark Fortune (Jennifer Rikard), Julie Larsen (Mark Larsen), Scott Fortune (Sarah Fortune), 9 grandchildren Melissa Cornett, Joe Fortune, Landon Rikard, John Fortune, Elle Larsen, Logan Fortune, Cuyler Fortune, Brody Fortune and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by father Robert Henry Fortune, mother Doris Albery and a grandson Robert Cornett.
