Dororthy Gilmer 80, passed away November 14, 2020 at her home in Red Banks, MS. Dorothy was born February 20, 1940 to Cliftom McQueen and Mattie Bowles McQueen in Collierville, TN. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Services will be held November 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. There willbe a visitation, Monday evening November 23, 2020 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be at Hill Crst Cemetery.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Billy Gilmer Jr. (Belinda) of Holly Springs, MS. A daughter, Cynthia Freeze of Memphis, TN. Her brother, Bobby McQueen of Red Banks, MS and sister, Marty McDonald of Southaven, MS. Seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Billie Gilmer Sr. and sons, Richard Gilmer and James Kevin Gilmer. |
